Cup of tea with lots of sugar and a bath. The heat will either make or break you.
Follow it up with a bacon sandwich if you can face eating and lots of those non fizzy lucozades.
If you’ve got a bit of a head for planning drink a load of water and pop some activated charcoal pills before bed the night before. Works a charm.

Best thing I do is when drinking I switch to non alcohol drinks at the end and drink as much of that as u can before u sleep most hangovers are because u are dehydrated. If u don’t drink enough water before bed I do find a berocca helps a bit.
But if ur like me and u only get an upset belly then just find a drink that doesn’t do that.

The fem swears by them (dioralyte), having a sachet in water just before bed definitely works... male the full English is the kill or cure.  |

Can of and a mars bar used to work for me.
Now it's a banana milkshake if it's not a bad one. If it's a bad one paracetamol, couple of pints of squash and sleep. If that fails hair of the dog, kill or cure |
