loosing weight

I decided that im fat and need to loose weight so joined a gym.

Its going well so far 2 weeks in and I feel I've lost weight

gained confidence so didn't wear knickers there today

Keep going with it!! Going to the gym is not just goot for the body its good for the mind also!

And as missp said yeat well also, and if its your thing there is also things to aid with weight loss on the market.

I disagree with training hard,Though obviously it works.I think this would be short lived and soon the dieter would turn to the comfort of an armchair and the biscuit barrel for comfort..There's no quick fix...It's all about will power.Eat sensibly,cut down on booze,spend less time sitting down and walk 'alot' This will shift the pounds.Adopt a healthy lifestyle and stick to it.

A healthy diet plus the gym 5x a week I lost 5 stone in 10 months

Obviously it may not work for everyone. Same as some people swear by slimming world but I would never lose anything eating all those high carb meals. Different strokes for different folks and all that

Good for you, I am battling to get there a bit more often too, if only everyone was knickerless at my gym I might go more often! Keep it up, look forward to seeing some new pics x

Don’t be surprised if u actually put on weight. I never bother weighing I judge everything on how the clothes fit

Awesome work on the weight loss..

As others have said, it's all about a continuous effort. I've done some training, but the six months I've really gone for. There is a huge difference in my size and shape now.

But it's all about how you feel, and how you want to look. I'm alot more hornier all the time and I have so much more energy now. Keep up the good work

I can't afford a gym.. but lots of lovely mountains I can walk up. Pretty hard to get to when you don't drive. Then again I live on one.

Sexercise is a very good addition to a good exercise plan. Ive always been a yoyo dieter but am now enjoying life and having a good weight loss result every week because finally, I 'want' to loose weight (i've always needed too but wanting to is different). Best of luck hun.X

Loads of excellent exercises that don't need any equipment at all, just your bodyweight.
