We run local adult parties for likeminded people from our luxury penthouse apartment in Manchester.

A little about our services:

We are an early forties professional couple who run fortnighly parties with a maximum of 20 couples, 3 single females and 3 single males. Please note, places are offered by personal invitation only as we have noticed far too many timewasters in the past that book thier place then fail to turn up incurring excessive charges for the forthcoming soire's.

WE provide everything you could possibly require on the night including:

CHAMPAGNE, WINES, BOTTLED BEERS, BUFFET & NIBBLES.

All food & drink are completely free of charge after your entry fee has been recieved. We offer a tendered bar where you may eat and drink as much as you like, all we ask is you drink sensibly and respect our other guests as anybody found to be disrespectful will be discretly asked to leave.

Our pricing structure for each party is appropriatly charged for the services we offer and we have found these to be very reasonable in comparision to club prices of the local surrounding areas.

Our apartment comfortably holds in excess of 40 people. With 3 bedrooms a large main lounge & private balcony.

(Please note guests who smoke are required to smoke on the private balcony for everybodies health and wellbeing).

We also hold exclusive erotic parties every 4 months, these are VIP status events and are stricly offered to the most frequently visited friends throughout the year. On these events we offer an increased personal service including collection from Central Manchester locations, Champagne, Caviar, whole salmon platters and 5* services throughout the evening with sensually & seductivley dressed personal staff for all your non sexual requirements.

(All we ask on the night is that our guests respect our neighbours upon leaving and that you kindly dispose of your own condoms in the bins provided after every play as with normal club rules. Anyone found leaving personal clinical waste by the beds will be asked politely to re-dress and leave the party immediately as this is NOT the standard of clientelle our guests are comfortable enjoying pleasure with).
