shy readers beware its a LONG one!

I live a active lifestyle full of combatant sports and training so you can say im quite fit, now as much i would love to spend 90% of my time in the gym and create the perfect chisled body i would like unfortunately i can not do that due to work, so you will have to take me exactly how i am :-).
