Ok so I have been on here a while now and was thinking that a refresh may be in order.

About me?

A brief introduction to me then, I am a relatively slim - Dad Bodesque, sporty person who enjoys a best of both worlds. I like sports but I am not the training type of person. I prefer to turn up and give it what I got and things have seemed to work out in the past. 8x Tough Mudder events should show you that I have at least got the physical and mental stamina side of things down. Saying that I am trying to better my times so will be hopefully hitting the gym very soon (progress photos will be uploaded eventually)
