i have fibromyalgia, and am currently not receiving any help or meds for the pain, so there are certain positions i struggle with after a few minutes, i can't take as much bruise-y impact as i want, some pain play can turn from fun to "red" real fast, but the endorphins i get when i do have spicy times keep the fibro flares at bay for a couple days so that's fun

i also have a skin condition called hidradenitis suppurativa, which is incredibly painful when it flares up, it's usually on my thighs/crotch, under my belly, armpits, and under my boobs, anywhere my skin touches skin is always at risk of a flare up, but i've had it for so long now I know the things that are likely to cause a flare up (smoking tobacco, eating raw tomatoes, shaving, and stress/anxiety are the big ones that i try to avoid at all costs, tho having an anxiety disorder makes the last one very difficult), but for the most part i have it under control these days.

as mentioned in that last one, shaving causes my skin condition to flare up, so i just don't anymore, so if you're into body hair, cool. it it's a turn off, byeee
