— The Order Rules —

- Attention to detail

- Be direct and upfront

- Never compromise on your methods and style.

- Be fair and always just!!!

- Have a basic list of requirements and don't allow the sub any compromise

- Praise in public, and reprimand in private unless you're using the punishment as an object lesson.

- A good Mistress/Master knows what makes their subs tick.

- A good Mistress/Master controls the subs mind, control the mind and the body will follow.

- Be consistent.

- Assert your authority over a sub immediately

- A good Mistress/Master has spent time on both sides of the whip and knows what it is to submit and obey.

- Break a new sub all the way down so you can rebuild them into the image of what type of sub you want.

- Look for vocal and physical cues (emotes in SL.) So you can burrow deeper into their psyche.

- The first thing a Mistress/Master needs to do to the newly initiated is strip their clothes off.

- The second thing to do is to have them kneeling.

- The third thing a Mistress/Master needs to do is lock a collar around the sub’s neck

- The subs at the Order are obviously already collared, perhaps taking their leash will denote the control

- The fourth thing a Mistress/Master does to a new sub is shackle their arms, and ankles

- Dominance is 95% Mental and 5% physical (i.e.) punishment, sex, binding a sub.

- If a sub doesn't comply with your requirements do not waste any more time with them.

- Punishing a pain-slut by whipping them is useless. Ignore them and or make them sit idly in bondage. i.e. an evil tube. Let them think about why they're being punished.

- Don't rewards subs for obeying and being good. (That is like giving someone a medal for showing up to work-it’s bullshit.)3

- Rewards a sub for going above and beyond the call of duty.

- If you have a large stable:

Break and rebuild a Mistress/Master.

Once they are completely bonded to you, body and soul-allow them to be your apprentice. They already know how to keep subs in line and once they recognize you as their guide they will do your will above all else.

- Be there to listen to your subs when RL is causing them problems (and SL of course.)

- Be patient with your sub as you train them. They will make mistakes. Correct them and once the punishment is over drop it and never bring it up again.

- Be a good example to your subs, carry yourself above board at all times. Subs mimic actions, and not words.

- Push a sub on their soft limits but respect their hard limits.

Dominants when they first join must complete 30 days AND 60 hours actively involved in the Order before being promoted from their trainee status to Dominatrix or Master

After 6 months as a Dominatrix, you may ask the Order for a promotion to Mistress.

Following 1 year as a Mistress, you may ask the Order for a promotion to Senior Mistress. Senior Mistresses will, therefore, have likely spent 18 to 19 months learning their craft.

Founding Grand Mistress - Queen Cleopatra

Founding Grand Masters - Julius Caesar, Marc Antony,

Current Grand Master - ‘Peppar’ the Body Piercer

Worshipful Grand Officers - Mary Jane, Charlie & Molly

Senior Mistress - 1 year required at Mistress Position

Master - 30 Days and 60 hrs required at Dominant Position

Mistress - 6 months required at Mistress Position

Dominatrix - 30 Days and 60 hrs required at Dominant Position

Trainee Dominant - Entry Level Position at the Order marked by both a tattoo and a body piercing

Sub - This is the significant other of all Order Members.

Dancer - These are guests of the Order that are for entertainment purposes of the Orders Members

Guests - Guests are not allowed to be a part of the Order but may be invited by Senior Members to events for prospective recruitment.

— RULES FOR NEW DOMINANTS —

REAL LIFE (RL) COMES FIRST

- Respect all aspects of another’s Real Life (RL) Privacy

- All members/participants/subs must be at least 18 years old in RL.

- All members/participants/Subs must agree that their SL Avatar/Character is at least 18 years old.

- No Member under Mistress/Master may EVER engage in "Age Play" in any way, shape or form.

- Absolute Obedience within the family...from the top down.

- Wear Your Collar Proudly at All Times – EVERYWHERE in SL (hide in PG)

- Wear your Members Sub Tag At All Times when on Duty

-Free-Loaders, Complainers and Double-Timers will be severely punished and risk banishment from the Order.

- You agree to undergo a sub intake and carefully review our training materials and in addition take any training deemed necessary by The Order

- You will provide 12 hours or more a week in The Order's service. Your duties include:

- providing services

- Support

- advice

- training needs assessment

- care

- evaluations

- greeting & dancing in the club

- making meetings and taking appointments

Note: Members very often come to us for advice on real life. Support them in their struggles, but don't betray their confidences. Treat them as you would a friend and help where you can refer them when you cannot.
