What a night and what a venue! Attended the soft opening for The Retreat and couldn't have been more impressed. Friendly and welcoming staff, great facilities and a good crowd. Epic night, hopefully the beginning of many more to come :p xx

What an honour to be invited to the soft launch of this amazing place. We are still exploring our way around the scene and this club is amazing. The space is beautiful. There are lots of different play spaces. Some more lively, some more relaxed, with good music and a gorgeous garden space with outdoor hot tub.and more besides. There are lots of social spaces to get to know people better and the drinks are really reasonably priced which was a bonus. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming and have really worked their socks off to make sjre it was a successful evening. There is a most fabulous round bed where we had the pleasure of playing with a few other couples which was exciting! Thank you for inviting us to join the party. Looking forward to the next one. Xx

We were delighted to be invited to the soft launch and it didn't disappoint. There is a lot of social space and a well-stocked bar to start the evening and plenty of play spaces to end it. It will be great to see how this place evolves; the staff are on the scene and seem passionate about making the Retreat a must-visit venue. If Secrets does close at the end of the year this club is very well-placed to take on the sexy-party vibes without competing with Utopia.

Well what can we say about this new and exciting club?!!! We had the honour of being invited to the soft launch… wow, what a place, it has everything you need and more… great social/bar area, with a dance floor… many well thought out play areas, dark room, dungeon and an outdoor hot tub!!! There is accommodation available too. This place will definitely be the place to be!!! Watch out for new and exciting club dates.

We were honoured to have been invited to the soft launch of The Retreat. Such an amazing vibe and beautiful facility. This is a total game changer place, can’t wait for it to be fully open. Pricing of drinks and rooms are reasonable and lets you have a weekend away. Loved seeing some familiar faces and getting to know some new ones. It’s the perfect place for meeting new people ??

We felt privileged to be invited to the soft launch of The Retreat - a fabulous new party venue opening in Devon A great space with a huge variety of plays area - ie. outdoor hot tub, dark room, public & private spaces, dance floor & pole. What a pleasure to attend the soft launch for The Retreat last night! A beautiful location with multiple play areas including one of the best orgy beds in the country. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the company of like-minded people or want a night of glorious banging, then keep your eyes peeled for the Retreat. It will be the place to be in 2026. Staff are wonderfully inviting. Onsite accommodation is beautifully appointed. Garden is a joy to behold. And the party is hot.

Absolutely unreal venue. This will enhance the club scene in the South West. We were privileged to be invited to the soft launch last night and our expectations were surpassed beyond words. Absolutely nailed it! Amazing staff, outstanding bar and service. The playrooms are superior. A genuine all inclusive non judgemental environment The attendees made it a night of laughter, sexiness and temptation. Cannot wait for the full launch.

We had the privilege of being invited to one of the pre-official opening events, and honestly, this place is just well above others (despite not even officially open yet!!!) The facilities are clean and well thought out—you can tell a lot of care went into setting it all up. Whether you’re hitting the dance floor, chilling in a lounge/bar area, grabbing a drink, or hitting the play area straight away, everything works smoothly. Facilities are large, equipped, and easy to navigate. Despite being a decent size, you aren't overwhelmed- There is something new to explore and play in every corner of this place! The bar is well-stocked, and there is easy access to the locker room. The dance area is a good size, and the music was entertaining. Food (snacks and sandwiches) were provided and delicious! One of the biggest standouts is the owners and staff. They care. They’re not just there to run a business—they’re there to make sure everyone has a good experience. It shows in the little details, and they’re always around and approachable. Very helpful and kind. During the first visit, we had the pleasure of playing with another 3 couples in a round bed, and it was fantastic. We can't wait for the premises to open. Definitely will be one of the first to get a ticket! Well done, all! A & D

When we were asked to come and check out The Retreat for their soft opening last night, we could hardly refuse! And what an absolutely fabulous venue! You could see the effort and care, that had gone into making this new club somewhere you’d want to return to time and time again. The management and staff looked after you and made you feel so welcome. The venue, in our opinion was faultless. Everything you could possibly wish for for an unforgettable night out……. definitely nothing soft about this opening! Awesome night! Thank you for inviting us xx

We attended the soft launch last night, wow! Tremendous venue, classy all round, without a doubt the best venue in the area. Really excited and looking forward to it becoming fully operational. It's a huge venue with plenty of room so you'll never feel crowded, plenty of play areas and plenty of chairs and sofas for chilling. We had a brilliant night and can't wait for our next visit.

Had the honour of an invite to the soft launch of this new & upcoming club! Thanks so much for having us! We were totally wowed with the venue, clearly a lot of thought and effort gone into it! Well organised, friendly welcoming staff, an easy check in process, including lockers, a bar tab, and classy branding! From dungeons to darkrooms, open play rooms to the more private, as well as a decent dance floor to lots of social space by the bar, this place really has it all! Clean, full of character, and a vibe to bring any party to life, this venue is one to watch!! Look forward to return visits! X
