Hi all,anyone used to goto the MCN weekends,shame they stopped,used to be a great fun weekend especially Saturday fancy dress night

We went quite a few times. They used to be wild until the guy wheelied his bike into the lake at 3am

I went for 10 years on the trot it was very wild waking up in different rooms a full weekend bender on the beer it is a real shame they don’t do it anymore the bands were great

Yes bands were brilliant. Toyah was brilliant. Slade were rather good and also The Specials as well as the tribute acts which were at the top of their game. One of our mates asked us to go see a top star which we thought would have been pants. He talked us into it so off we went to Reds. Can honestly say it was the best act we seen at MCN Skegness, Alvin Stardust, rest his soul

That’s was a great night bad manners was always my favourite seen him there when he was big and later when he lost al by lot of pounds lol toseland band was always a good one too

Wasn't in any fit state to ride the bike round a track the way we used to party
