Our cam has always worked fine but suddenly at the weekend the external & inernal one has stopped working, it shows somethimes in the room as working but others can only see a white screen and then it just turns off. Also struggling to view a lot of other peoples cams, and the chatroom starts to freeze. Any ideas or help please ????  |

The computer updates automatically which has never been a prob till now. Spent hours over the weekend uninstalling flashplayer and re-installing it, tried taking it back to a previous date, nothing has worked ????? |

Thank you to everyone who tried to help with our cam problem. I restored the computer back to a previous date for the 2nd time and now it seems to be working. finger crossed !!!. very strange. but thank you all xxx |
