Circus theme night

The club opens at 8pm Saturday and runs until 3am

Club membership is required and you must bring 1 form of ID if your not already a member and you must be on the guest list to attend at the discounted prices (see below)

To sign up for membership please pre-apply online (see the Xtasia website found on their club page) before the night. And no I.D, no entry!!

Special discounted pricing (only available to those on the list!) for the night:

Couples

Members £20. Non members £30 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £25 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Single Ladies

Members £10. Non members £20 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £15 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Single Guys

Members £10. Non members £35 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £22.50 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Please note: Being on the list does not overlook any bans/restrictions already put in place by the club so if in doubt please ask before hand to avoid disappointment and a wasted journey

The list is now closed and no new names can be added

For those driving to the club there is a large car park around the back of the club that they are permitted to use (to the right, not the little one on the left!)

There is no pressure to play for those just wishing to socialise, whilst for those that do there are plenty of rooms and areas available for play

Leave any nerves at the door as you won't be needing them once you're in - any newbies will happily been shown around to make sure you are happy with all the facilities. Feel free to chat to others who have been to the club before to put your mind at rest too!

It is a normal club night so the usual dress code still applies (see below) if you do not wish to join in with our Circus themed night

Club dress code:

Guys - Smart clothing. No ripped jeans, trainers, T-shirts or headwear. Entry may be refused

Ladies - As erotic and flirtatious as you dare. Changing areas have been provided, so bring along a choice of outfits if you wish

For those who are yet to book a hotel Xtasia do have a deal with the Prem Inn next door and also the Park Inn at a fixed rate of £49 on a Saturday night - please state that you will be attending Xtasia so that you will be allocated to the right floor and receive the rate. The Prem Inn, West Bromwich Central, is 50 yards from the clubs door. The Park Inn is about 1/2 mile away, right beside Junction 1 of the M5, and a local taxi service charges £3 for the trip to/from here. If you find it is cheaper online then please call them so they can put you with everyone else. To get the Xtasia rate you MUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY. If you book online you will pay the online price!

The club has kindly opened their doors to us all on a couples only night so best behaviour please by everyone - if anyone is found to be breaking club rules, causing a nuisance or generally acting out of line then the owners will ask you to leave

Only existing club members, and those named on the list will be allowed in the club on the night

Most FAQ's can be answered via the Club's website (link can be found in the club section of Fab)

Lets make this night as good as the other forum socials - if not better!!

I know its been posted on one of the previous posts but tbh I cannot be arsed searching. Could someone tell me the easiest, cheapest and quickest way to get from Birmingham New Street station to the hotel that everyone is staying at please. Bus, train, taxi, or even walking?

Go to Birmingham snow hill which is a 5 min walk from new street get on the tram and get off at west Brom and it's a five minute walk...if anyone wants to come on the Friday I'm happy to provide a roof and dinner

You cant walk there. A taxi will cost you around £12 from new street. black cab more. tram which runs from snow hill station takes you to west brom centre and the 74 bus takes you the centre aswell

I called to book again yesterday and had the same response, I ended up booking at a dearer rate as she said I will get the better rate if it's put up and I can cancel up to 1pm on the day.

She said if I didn't book I may not get a room as it's busy.

I think it will work itself out though but I'm just saying incase anyone has a similar situation.

I just called the hotel about a room for the sat and sun (May go to Cameleons on the Sunday), they said the rate is not on the computer so they can't take bookings yet, has anyone else had the same reply?

We've had a few queries about this over the last couple of weeks. Double checked with Paul at the club and the deal is in place. I guess as with any business there will be staff 'not up to speed' with everything - but the previous advice has been to ask for the duty manager (nicely of course! Lol) and explain. There shouldn't be any problems - so long as there is still room availability - as the amount of business the hotel gets from the club is why there is a deal in the first place. There's no guarantee the 'xtasia floor' as it's known won't be full - but you can but ask!

You can pay on the door, but the online application is to save time when you get there and try and get people in as quick as possible rather than hanging around outside while people are filling all the forms in.

This way your form is already printed off, you just have to check it and provide ID etc, pay your money and in you go.

Blimey, you can tell you're from the South. They don't cancel trains for snow up here, only if the drivers stuck in the pub.

Nope. Got the usual text this morning confirming booking (as we do the day before any stay there!), phoned the hotel to 'reserve' our usual room - and no mention of any problems. So guess the pipes burst after 9.30 this morning or it's all sorted!

I tyhink I am getting confused because of the following:

Specifically the second part. It says nowhere that it refers to couples only. Especially as, when this social was first suggested, there were several of us who said we would not go unless single men were allowed. As nearly every single man on the Fab list has found themselves a female partner to go with, does this now mean we are back to couples only? It would be good to know before I get there if that's the case.

I'm almost certain when Xtasia originally posted they said they would, for this night only, allow single men as long as they were on the list or members. As you say a bit unfair if they get turned away at this late stage.

I saw that on the club website too and just read it as a warning to couples that there will be single males present. Couples who are not on fab would not be expecting to see any single males on a Saturday.

To quote Paul from his 'offer' when he agreed to host the social.....

Saturday 1st Feb. Fab Forum Social. Guest list run by Obi, suggest a new thread. £10 in per person, must be on guest list. Everyone must be a club member.

Various reasons for each point. We'll run it as a singles welcome night on the basis of it giving us plenty of time to warn existing members that it will be occurring. We'll also need to change our rules for other events to match this, so uproar isn't created...my problem, not yours.
