Why is it that hot pics is flooded with pics of women shoving food, bottles, I once saw a bed post in their pussies and that’s ok but a really beautiful pic of me getting fisted is ‘too rude’. Also pics of DP and DVP are also approved. I’m confused. Please help me understand this?

kinky land

I would hazard a guess that because fisting images are classed as an obscene publication and can, in theory, be used for prosecution. The site do not allow it

No mention of fisting being categorised as obscene in this advice from the Crown Prosecution Service.

This advice was updated in Jan 2019 and supercedes previous advice. For example watersports pics etc are no longer obscene (so long as the person in the pic consents to the pic being taken). Hope this helps the moderators.

The Mods follow guidelines given to them by the site owners, fisting and peeing pics aren't allowed on Fab.

So it's nothing to do with legalities then. Thanks for clearing that up.

It won't matter to the moderators, they just do as directed by Admin.

Admin decided after getting legal advice when buying the site that Watersports and pics that look like someone is being hurt will not be allowed on the site. I am sure there are other sites that let people upload those pics but this isn't one of them.

The link you put into the post, if you go to the menu and then to "possible offences " you will see a link near the top.

https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2008/4/section/63...on it amongst other things it says "an act which results, or is likely to result, in serious injury to a person's anus, breasts or genitals"

Are you implying that fisting is likely to cause "serious injury" ? Could you reference any court cases that agreed with that ?

I don't have to, I didn't publish the paper or decide the rules. The people who decided the rules may have decided without there being a court case.

I am just pointing out you didn't read the publication in it's entirety

To the OP...if you report any pics that you think break rules they will be checked
