Yes and it would avoid the need to use capitals to highlight important text.

The site is run on low cost. It would no doubt incur some cost and/or time. I see it being a necessary feature personally.

Yes might take a new platform to run it - guess the same might be said for decent emojis.

Being a programmer myself, it should be easy. Of course, I don't know the code base etc.

But whenever I've implemented it in any of my websites it was very quick and easy process
