You don't have to book.

Depending on your dates they are at either Jardin d'Eden (early season) or Jardin Babylon (high season Wednesdays and Fridays)

We have only been to one at Babylon a couple of years ago and didn't really enjoy it.

We thought we had arrived early enough (10 mins before official opening) but the place was full to bursting and there were absolutely no sunbeds available. We managed to get on one of the couches near the bar but you had to guard it with your life. We watched as other couples went into the pool and had their places taken almost immediately by someone else.

Also the drinks prices were extortionate even by Cap standards.

We wouldn't rush to go to another. The foam parties are much better.

We totally agree.

Attended the pool party last summer, arrived early, we ended up putting our towels on the floor but when we went for a spell in the pool they had been moved when we got back.

Worth going once, if you don't go, you don't know, but not a second time for us. Loads of other places to go and see.

Have fun, we will....xx

It looks like the pool parties will be just as packed this year.

On the German site we use you can pre register for events (clubs parties Etc) including at Cap.

For example the pool party on 28th June has 46 couples (92 people) registered just from that site.

Add a good dollop of French to that, plus all the other nationalities and I think it will be bursting at the seams.

We'd say that if your going to a pool party it's more fun if you go as a group, say 6 people or more, that way there is always people to guard your space.

BUT you must get there and start queueing well before opening time, say 45mins.

Got to say we had great fun when we went as a group last year, but I think it would not be as good if you just went as a couple.

In high season (from beginning July) the foam parties are every day that the weather allows

The venue is the Le Glamour club and the entrance is just behind the seafront cafe bar/restaurant. Don't worry about finding it as if you get there for about 1.45 (it opens at 2.00) you will see the queue at the entrance.

The difference between the two?

Both are couples only so if you are looking for (or are) single guys then forget it.

The pool party is around a large swimming pool with a bar at one end with sun/play beds around 3 sides and a few chairs and couches in the bar area. As I said in the previous post you will have to get there VERY early to bag one.

The day we went there was lots of action all around. However, as said above, it seemed that most were in groups of 2 3 or 4 couples having fun together. You would have to be very lucky there to meet someone new and hit it off.

The foam parties are a different animal altogether.

There are sun/play beds and it is best to get there early to get a good spot.

There is a bubble pool which attracts quite a few and when full the bodies are quite close together so that can be a good ice breaker. Then there is the foam dance floor.

The foam can be (sometimes above) head high in the middle and when you get a few bodies close together, hands are everywhere, so if you are a bit shy at someone touching you then best stay out, but if you are like us then just go for it. It wont be long before someone has hold of your tits, pussy, or cock.

If you play with someone in the foam and you want to take it further then you can go back to your, or their, play bed and fuck for as long as you want. As you will see this is a Cap d'Agde foam party and you really don't have to be discreet. Incidentally the foam party is one of the few venues at Cap that actually supplies free condoms. You will see little buckets full of them in strategic positions around the play beds.

Because of the clash with the pool party we tend to avoid the foam on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Don't forget that if you get a bad or iffy weather day then the sauna's in Port Ambonne can/will be busy and usually (nearly always) action packed.

Thank you for such a great answer! The foam party sounds perfect for us as we love all that touching fun. We will probably try out the sauna's also as we are not huge beach goers so that could be a good way to spend an hour or two!

Thanks for your help

Andy

Cap d’Agde, France

Word of Warning!

The foam in the foam party can be abrasive and if it gets in your eyes can lead to foam-party-itis (in common parlance)

Two years ago we had a bad experience with it which led to conjunctivitis for him, 3 weeks outpatient treatment leading to numular keratitis, a further two weeks treatment. Final result being permanent scarring of the cornea.

Don't want to put you off because it is great fun but do wear some form of eye protection, like sun glasses and if it gets in your eyes then wash it out right away with water.

Not been back since but since they moved to the new location the prices have doubled (if you want a bed as well)

Not heard anything positive about the pool parties from anyone so certainly not be going any time soon.

Beach though has always something to look at and it won't cost you anything, we normally go there about 2 times a week throughout the season.

Agree that the foam parties have lost a bit of the magic since the move to the new location !! Where we'd have gone about three times over two weeks in the old place it'll be a maximum of one time in two weeks now.

Yes we much preferred the old venue. In the past we would go about half a dozen times in the fortnight. Last year we only went twice and this year will probably be the same.

One other word of warning. Last year stepping into the bubble pool could be a bit hairy. It's quite a drop down and unless you are expecting it you could easily come a cropper.

The new place had only been open for a week or so when we were last there and they had a few teething problems so maybe they will have changed a few things for this year. We will see.
