Can anyone tell me why moderators dont answer complaints??????

I have seen this raised before.

Apparently all complaints are looked into and "appropriate" action taken although they dont generally report back. Due to amount received etc.

I might be wrong, if so I'm sure someone will be along shortly.

Admin and mods have a life outside FAB too, and are not available to address complaints/issues/etc. 24/7.

The ratio of FAB members to admin/mods is very high, as there are not many admin/mods.

So please be patient, and they will get round to looking your issues as soon as they can.

It was a reply sent to them after they contacted me about a forum post..they cud have the courtesy to respond even with an auto reply
