Hi All,
I’m currently upset due to an incident today at work and I’m afraid of being dismissed from the company that I work for.
I need something to calm me down as I’m very upset about it. Please help…. |

If it wasn’t something that you’ve intentionally done wrong then you’re probably overthink it.
If you’re very worried contact your employer and explain the situation and your fears. |

If you're a truck driver, don't worry too much. There's plenty of jobs out there right now. Try and calm yourself and realise what's important...and that is not me dismissing your fears. Just trying to encourage perspective. |

As someone that’s been in a bit of a jam in an old job were I was feeling the same I know how you feel. I once reversed a company car into another and caused some damage. I wasn’t happy in there and the way the situation was handled was bad so I just jacked it in there and then. If your not happy in work move on |

People shouldn't stay long in jobs where they're not happy and not given a reasonable amount of respect. It's an employee market at the moment.
That said, its a long road in your working life and I would highly recommend never burning a bridge. |
