Hey guys & gals!!
I have good news I have booked a venue in Kilkenny for a Christmas Social Party!
This is for a small gathering of people, about 30 people! It is purely a SOCIAL PARTY ok, lets make it fun and look festive!!
If you need accommodation please book separately yourselves, there are plenty of hotels and B&B's to choose from if you are travelling and wish to stay in Kilkenny for the nite!!
Please put your name down on this thread if you are interested and I will get back to you with specific details of party!
I realise it is short notice, but I need to know by Monday the latest if u wish to go! Thank you! |

Yes yes!! You are more than welcome!!! Book your hotel asap!! There's going to be food, good music and most importantly bonding with other fellow fabbers!!
You need to look festive, i.e. Christmas jumper etc!!

That is a real pity as the south east needs to get in on the action . But unfortunately we know the story we tried have a big meet and greet in the south east earlier this year and it was ruined before it got to go ahead by some stupid people . Would hate to see this canceled . Keep trying |

I know, it is a shame but there's going to be a next time, maybe in February, I'll be more organised then and will give people plenty of time!
I took over from somebody else which gave me less time but I know what to for the next time! I'm not giving up on organising a social again!!  |

Don't give up that's the way . We didn't and had a great time with about 70 people the night our party was canceled and we have plans for more in the not so distant future |

its a shame that more singel ladys dident want 2 go.and 2 give up well,thats not fair on u after putting the efford in 2 it,dont trow in the towel yet,hang in there |

I'm only hanging on until Monday! I have to cancel the booking by then the latest otherwise It'll be costly on me! I certainly don't want that cost put on me especially as I'm organising something for a group of people I don't know too well!  |

We would have went only the date is not suiting us due to a birthday party but look dont cancel just cancel what ever u have booked and meet in a local pub kilkenny is party captial of ireland so either way u will have a blast regardless of the numbers u have a few couples there and single lads sure just meet up for the craic and have a few owl drinkies |

sure theres partys everywhere between now and xmas be hard too get all the ladys at them all lol but honest dont give up maybe cancel the room but keep the meet up open and have the laugh in the pubs or clubs do a fab 12 pub xmas crawl or something that way u wont be out of pocket etc just my thoughts on it |

Just a thought! I'm cancelling the food and entertainment in Kilkenny on the 29th November as there's not enough single girls going etc! However there's no reason why people in the area of Kilkenny can't meet up for a social drink!!
It was just a social party after all not an M & G!
Please PM me if anybody would be interested in just meeting up for a few drinks even if there's only 2 single
girls going, there'll be couples there as well if they're interested in going that is! |

Hi all!! The venue for the xmas party in Kilkenny has been cancelled!
However I'm still going to go ahead with meeting up for drinks in Kilkenny! Please PM me if you're interested in meeting up for a few drinks instead!
Remember it's not an M & G so it doesn't matter if there's not enough single girls to go around, it's about meeting up for a social drink, getting to know each other and having a laugh!!!  |

Ok guys & girls, I hope you're all set for a great nite in Kilkenny tomorrow nite because I sure as hell am!!!
I just want to say also as well as wanting to have a good nite, please take into account we're going to be in a public bar so respect and peace to one and all!!! Make me proud ok!!
Now lets get into the spirit of christmas tomorrow nite, wear a bit of tinsel or a christmas jumper, flashy earings etc!!
I will give you details of the venue and the time to meet at by midday tomorrow - Saturday!
