What’s your favourite and why? Just after sitting at my kitchen table and caught the beautiful scent of lilies from the bouquet on the table. I love most flowers but have a soft spot for primroses, they speak of spring and sunny days ahead

Usually plant a few sunflowers in the garden, like sentinels following the sun during the day.

At the moment it's bluebells. I've been in the woods a lot lately especially last week and over Easter. It's breathtakingly beautiful walking through a carpet of blue hues.

I love violets and pansies.

White roses I'd buy for those I love.

I love tulips.. mine have all been blown asunder by feckin Hannah...

I’ve carnations coming up after the tulips are done so hopefully a bit of colour back in my beds...

As for lilies.. I cant be in the same room as them.. I don’t even need to see them and I’ll smell them a mile off.

Calla lily... They're stunning. One tattooed on my back I'm so in love with them. Found some in a really deep purple once. They looked almost black. Any excuse to buy myself a bunch

Violets and bluebells, the colours are so vivid in a natural setting. Not hugely keen on cultivated flowers.

I had a gorgeous jasmine and honeysuckle arch that had taken years to train, mature, and fill out... The scent in summer as you passed through was incredible. It suffered catastrophic damage during Ophelia though and never recovered.
