i now live alone and have made my spare bedroom into a play room that can be used for people who cannot accommodate to use to meet others. Singles of both sexes and couples, its available daytime and evening and and there are no fees or involvement from me. Would fab members be comfortable using a room like this ,with discretion assured, or would it be a no go? |

oh well looks like theres no trust and a lot of cynics around. Ofcourse people would meet me first and check out the room, it was a thought to help people who were in the same boat as i was when i couldnt accommodate and didnt want to use hotels . But thats life i suppose |

Serious head on for a wee minute as I was being a wee minx there....Are you surprised that folk would be a bit dubious? There are a lot of chancers on here, folk having pics shared without their consent etc so it's normal that there would be suspicions about an arrangement like this.
If you get a couple that are up for it then at least if they verified you it would look better I suppose. |

In theory, it's a great idea.
Many people though like to keep this side of things private and so will question the motive.
Being cautious or even overly cautious is nothing personal towards you.
I've seen it mentioned here to avoid Air BnB's because there have been cameras found in some.
It's a naturally cautious scene. |

I totally understand the trust issues and my lack of veris, this is my second profile i lost password to my previous one were i had veris for camming which i still do . But the lack of veris was due to the problem of me then being unable to accommodate so restricted chances of meets , plus the years have passed since i started on here and meets have dwindled . I was a regular at Adam and Eves in years gone by from when it first opened and there was even mistrust there at times . This was an idea to help get over the problem of not being able to accommodate for some and whats in it for me is keeping in the circle of swinging while everything is stacking against me , single, old , male , overweight. |

I always assume people have some ulterior motive, even if they say they don't.
So in the absence of any answer as to what's in it for you, since you're not charging, you're not watching and it's actually costing you time and money I'd be very dubious. |

And where would you be OP? Some people might not be comfortable if they thought you were listening in.
Also, for your safety, how would you vet people? And what happens if they damage something, trash room. Risky for both sides unless done properly! |

OP.
It's actually a nice thing to offer,but flipping all the sarcastic replies thus far around.
Have you really thought about this?
Inviting people who you have no idea about into your home,them knowing you live alone.
I would be extremely careful if I was you.
You only need to chat with party organisers to know how disrespectful some people can be of others property.
Also you run the risk of randoms turning up uninvited and unannounced once they have your address.
