Anybody born on a leap year?

If so, do you celebrate your birthday today or tomorrow?

My dad celebrates on the 28th, so today he he 65

I was told that if you was born before 12pm it would be the 28th February and after it would be the 1st March. But then I suppose you could always celabrate twice

I was born on 29th February. I prefer to celebrate on the 28th as it's the last day of February. I like February not March lol. I'm 13 and a half today
