Yes it is disgusting.Ive worked in Care/Support for several years now.I love my job but until the job is recognised for how important and necessary it is and the pay raised accordingly, its going to attract some unsavoury characters! |

in my job I come across care workers every day and I have to say the majority are pretty damn good at their jobs considering just how many people they have to get to in a day,the pay is awfull and their job is not given the recognition it deserves,the good ones do a mighty fine job.unfortunatly it can and does attract people who shouldn't be looking after themselves never mind other peoples loved ones |
