So I'm out of sorts today. I've attempted to cure that by buying my first MacBook. What's your go to dig yourself out of an odd mood tactic?

The dog gets an extra walk and I'll bake a big batch of dog biscuits.

SS will watch the first 20 minutes of Saving Private Ryan, an episode of Band of Brothers or, after a recent viewing, the battle scene from Hacksaw Ridge; he says the images are realistic enough to put everything in context.

Loz

I always felt that way after I got back from Afghanistan. Compared to some personal stories out there, I'm doing pretty well!

Some desirable plant that will remain around to give future pleasure too. Today's view is of purple passionflowers, bought in the spring.

My other therapy is big burly muscular men to show me the pleasures of the body working out

Long drive into the mountains. I find solace there. Or by the sea.

I find being in a natural environment is my therapy.

That and cuddles with my dog, he is my world, he gets me through tough times. He's always happy to see me,never criticises or judges me, he loves me for me.
