I'm in Dorset and its saying the people near me are in York, Aberdeen, Newtown, and greater London ?????

I thought it was within a couple of miles?

same hermate. My closest ones are in liverpool and birmingham.and im in middlesbrough!! There is no official distance shown either! Could someone please tell me whats going on!?!
