Showing unread message

I have no unread messages but there is still one message showing as unread.

We had the same issue as well and had to delete all messages to get rid of the problem unfortunately

Sometimes deleting individually doesn't work but if you use the bulk delete it definately worked for me the 3 times i've had the same problem x

Think I may have to do this - had a couple of chats ongoing that I didn’t want to delete but nevermind.

You can save the messages that you don't want to delete xx
