Cam on iPhone

I can get cam up and see them on my Phone, I can receive txts off them, but cannot send a txt back , and they can not see me, any help xx

On iPhones can view cams but not broadcast your cam.

As for text, my text works fines when using my phone in chat so not sure why yours doesn't show
