Have fab thought about opening up the live web chat feature to people who are not site supporters for the duration of the lockdown period

It works really well on SH..no abuse just lovely positive comments.

Not necessarily, but comments could be policed like the rest of the site is.

I suppose if that's too much for the already busy moderators, comments could be displayed (or not) like veris are...
