It's official. Now every living former PM has condemned Johnson's plan to break international law. ie Johnson's plan to violate the Brexit withdrawal agreement signed by Johnson himself last year.

So Major, Blair, Brown, Cameron and May have all publicly come out against him.

Still, does this actually mean anything to certain people?

It's a good guess. I'll guess at the excuse it's all just a negotiating position. Johnson would never lie or break any laws. Perish the thought.
