Just been chatting with a guy from down south who said he had to check urban dictionary to translate my scottishness when i said 'hit the boke' haha

Funny how we just say things and take it for granted people know what we mean lol .... Anyone think of others?

Us Scots are full of our own wee phrases & language. The English just tend to have regional dialects.

We are indeed a peculiar race. That said, our near neighbours are not without variety and regional variations - and all the better for it. Alright me duck?
