We have no problem meeting men 50 + only request O makes is the blue pill or others isn't used...We know a few from clubs who use it...not sure if its nerves or what makes them use it or why as it makes them hard but almost impossible to make them cum which is off putting sometimes as O has a preference for men her age or older.. |

People can set their ages as they see fit, (and any other aspect of the site that they wish) and there’s not much you can do about it other than lie about how old you are. I’ll be 50 in six weeks, and that’ll take me over a lot of women’s limit, but I really don’t care. It is what it is. What about all the under 24 or over 70 year olds that you’ve chosen to exclude? Don’t they also deserve a chance with you? |

Why do men over 50 think younger folk would want to have sex with them when there are loads of people their own age they have something in common with to choose from?
You might be comfortable having sex with a woman your daughter's age, they probably aren't comfortable having sex with someone their dad's age. |

Well, that gave me a good laugh, I am 62, don't need the little blue pill, played baseball for years, my last game was when I was 58, last year was playing some softball, work 5 nights a week, now I do 3 12hr shifts due to the corvid nastiness, I love women, there are a few that have their age ranges higher than 50, sent a few messages as I am new on here that why I figure they haven't replied, that and they probobly have a lot of messages to go through. I like a younger woman, not about 40 would be young enough for me. Though if a younger one came along well that would be a no brainer. Perciverence, just like batting in baseball, sometimes your in a slump, then you have a hot streak. That's life. |

A 50 filter does seem to be arbitrarily common. I turned 51 recently and had my first filter block, replying to a thread last night.
My stated age range is an indication of where I'm aiming. I don't block anyone outside of that because you never know.
Everyone does as they please, and flexes if they want to. It's personal choice. If you're cut out of filters, so be it. |

Why should anybody "give me a go" just because I'm 63? On threads where men say they like older women I often say I prefer not to be admired just because of my age, I also would rather people didn't feel obliged to meet me because of it.
Since both of us are over 60 the number of people interested in meeting us even socially, has much reduced. That's OK by us when we were younger the over 60s held no attraction for us we understand and respect people's preferences and don't feel entitled to sex. |

Many people dismiss us out of hand as we're over 50 - unless we meet at a club or party, when they don't realise we're over 50.
Gets a bit frustrating sometimes though when people moan that certain profiles state, white only/black only/no Asians etc. As it is clearly acceptable to filter out people by age, but not by race. Oh well, each to their own. |

It is acceptable to filter by age, people do and most of us accept it. The same with the other filters you mention.
Nobody has to consider having sex with anybody else if they don't want to and certainly not just because that person thinks they should. |

40s is my preferred age tbh. I think of people under 50s as less likely to have back issues so can lock me for longer, and to have shorter recovery times so can cum again and again. I might be very wrong, this is based on my own prejudices and (limited) experiences! |

Age issue kind of not a thing at parties and clubs, you wouldn’t walk around these with a checklist - you can be over 50 and look/act younger, then I’ve seen people much younger and thought “dear god”.
But hey - their loss I say! Plenty more sunbeams in the swinging world lol. |

Age is a stigma....thats all it is i know people in the 60s 70s that have more get up and go than some 20 30 year olds Its all horses for courses its that thing in society were you are believed to be old and past it at 50 i know some stunning mature people that you can have an absolute blast with and i know younger people that you can too ..you are as hold as you feel i still feel 21 but then ive no kids and lived a wild fun active life and refuse to grow up....its like the insurance companies are you over 50 then get your free parker pen and carriage clock or Worthington originals or the deluxe reclining awful reclining chair its a stigma that once you get to 50 you are past it ...times have changed we are being told 1970s values but this is 2020 do what you want and have your own rules i just meet fun bubbly people age is irrelevant its the people im more interested |

It’s everyone’s personal choice to set what age limits they want.
There are still plenty of people who have no set ages in mind and you have to appeal to those and make them want to know you - once you know each other it is all about attraction and not any age limit

Age is simply a number.... but I must say without a doubt that all of my best experiences have been with men over 50. They have a maturity and sensitivity that many (but not all) of the younger ones lack.... and none of them have required any pharmalogical intervention!! |

I used to have my limit at 50, now it fluctuates between 40 and 45.
Just a few reasons:
- There are a few exceptions, but I generally don't find those 50+ attractive.
- Most older women who message me are boring or make little effort to converse.
- If we do hit it on, I'm constantly asked if I find them attractive. This either reeks lack of self confidence or they're looking for someone to boost their ego. I find this boring.

Why not?
Not everyone is attracted to people over the age of 50 regardless of how much life you have left in you.
People are allowed their preferences.
The older people get the smaller the amount of people who fancy you gets, that’s just life. |
