I have previously heard reports that the extreme east of the country is a bit wild; ordinary folk are OK, but well-heeled backpackers can attract adverse attention, especially if you do wild camping.

Check the lycian trail april is perfect time to walk thru some paths.

Also cappadocia is another nice place to visit. Hot air baloons, cave hotels, wine yards etc..

You can touch me any time if you are interested.

Have fun guys

Hi from Istanbul. In April yet sea is not gonna be hot. So our holiday towns are better after half of may. So only old/retired apart or villa owners come for Easter. Bodrum d be alive in your date. You d drink beer and watch Premier Leauge on big screens. You d visit daily Kos by ferry ( Greek island) Let me know any question..

April is too early for a south holiday town. That is why sounds boring. Oludeniz (dead sea) becomes empty too, just paragliding is open all year. I ve been all touristsc spots of my country.

Lira about to hit 20 , so its got cheaper now right ??

Also, SE Turkey is also worth to visit especially for those who want to explore Turkish cuisine, like gazyantep , the city famous with its baklawa
