Well, out of choice I would use "Pin Prick" if I was to use anything. I see using derogatory terms to anyone as a weakness. It normally says to me that the person using such terms are rather lacking in personal confidence! In other words, it's a power trip!

Surely it's impossible to find similar words that men will find insulting, in the the same context that you find cunt and whore insulting.
It would require the context to be the same. I'm assuming a bit here so sorry if i am off the mark, but surely the reason whore and cunt is insulting is relevant. If it's because it makes you feel that you are being compare to a particular 'type of woman'. Then would a man being told he put it out easily like a whore and a cunt, may not have the same impact.
Calling a man limp dick, would be a different kind of insult, as it would reflect on sexual performance being lacking rather than in excess, or his physical assets being of poor sexual quality, as opposed to some psychological referance to a 'type of woman', what ever that context means in your own mind.
You could always just call a man by the same words, whore and cunt, but a man could quite easily take it as a compliment rather than an insult.
I'd never call a woman a whore or a cunt in the street, but neither would I call a woman a sexy lady in the street. It would require the context to be the same. I'm assuming a bit here so sorry if i am off the mark, but surely the reason whore and cunt is insulting is relevant. If it's because it makes you feel that you are being compare to a particular 'type of woman'. Then would a man being told he put it out easily like a whore and a cunt, may not have the same impact.
Calling a man limp dick, would be a different kind of insult, as it would reflect on sexual performance being lacking rather than in excess, or his physical assets being of poor sexual quality, as opposed to some psychological referance to a 'type of woman', what ever that context means in your own mind.
You could always just call a man by the same words, whore and cunt, but a man could quite easily take it as a compliment rather than an insult.
I'd never call a woman a whore or a cunt in the street, but neither would I call a woman a sexy lady in the street. In the bedroom, well on first time out I probably would not call her anything, I'm too shy, but everyone has their own thing, I like filthy talk, but as with everything context is key.

Ive met a few women who wanted to be my whore, but that was 1to1 whilst meeting.
