Haha, I'm sure you won't need any help with that! It's not that couvert - mostly revolves around the over zealous application of sun cream to particular areas and then a look, then a nod to follow somewhere a little more private!! |

What's the hotel attitude towards swinging there ? we met a couple at a nudist beach who are regulars but they use it solely as a naturist venue and are not swingers so we didn't broach the subject with them.
It's somewhere we like the look of and if some fun was possible even better but most naturist venues frown on swinging

not sure as never been there before, most naturist places do frown on swinging but what you get up to in your own room is another matter  .
a couple of places we have been to, Valalta in Croatia and Vera playa in spain, there were swinger clubs just outside the complex |

Ww leave Elunda on the 5th Sept. Have a lovely little private beach to play on... its a bit of a hike but worth the solitude with the occasional guest voyeur. |

Just back from 10 days at Vritomartis. While we have plenty of experience with nudist beaches, we were very excited to visit a naturist resort for the first time and were really hoping for plenty of swinging action. In the end, we had to concede that there is as much likelihood of encountering swingers amongst nudists as there is among textiles, and if there is any swinging going on at Vritomartis, it is very, very covert. Does it matter? No, it doesn't - Vritomartis is a little slice of heaven and we wouldn't change any of it. Understandably, the many returning visitors are very protective of it, hence we'd suggest caution to avoid getting publicly shamed or even worse barred altogether. This isn't to say that swinging doesn't happen - we did within two hours of getting there hear a couple telling another couple "It was fun playing with you" ("Yes, it was nice safe fun" was the reply), but the most we witnessed was the odd male half of a couple getting a cheeky furtive stroke on the beach from the female half - reminded us a bit like being at the back of the bus during a school trip!!
Anyway, to those who are heading there, you're very lucky, enjoy for what it is but would love to hear if we missed the signs! Def planning on going back next year... |

You probably know this already but take plenty of cash - there is only one ATM in a 30 km radius and it was down most of the time we were there. While 30 km doesn't sound like a big deal, it's a long drive when the roads are narrow, windy and laden with goats! You'll need the cash as a deposit for drinks and food at the resort as they don't accept credit card for that. You typically leave a cash deposit but once you run out you get no credit until you've topped up. I'd recommend to budget for about 50 euro/day but obviously it depends on how much you eat and drink! X |

Well our honest assessment of the hotel after spending 10 days there is it is not somewhere for swingers. We went there with a saucy spring in our step, but soon were consumed by the sheer beauty and tranquility of the place. It is a naturalistic heaven and although we met a lovely swinging couple, we just didn't have the urge to do anything more than enjoy the holiday as a vanilla couple.
The place is just too nice and we didn't want to ruin the atmosphere of the holiday. |

... am in NW Crete which you pass thru on way there. But only a single older bloke (who scores 3 out of 6 in your tests) ... but lovely location ... and no hangovers from the local wine (as it has no additives!!). Just hope it's cooled down by 26th ... very hot & sticky just now .... D
