	We went to a couples only night here for our good friends leaving party. It was refreshing that no single guys were present. The upstairs main bar has a great seating arrangement allowing couples to mingle between groups at ease. Equipped with a stripper pole for those putting on a show. Downstairs dungeon with intriguing house dom gets groups gathering. A great selection of open play rooms and private ones to suit your needs. The dogging vechicle and school house is certainly interesting. The owner Peter and his friendly staff ensured we had everything needed throughout the night to give our friends an amazing leaving party. We look forward to going again in two weeks time for their burlesque night. Well worth a visit! Date: 13 March 2022

	Attended Saturday night as part of a group of alt couples! We had so much fun! Bouncing about between the rooms! We found ourselves drawn to the bdsm area though as the girls enjoyed being restrained! Great selection on rooms and areas to play around in. Staff were friendly! Music was good! Great night! Staff were warm welcoming walking in to looking after your drink to checking on you to making sure you was ok. Ladies were amazing can’t fault them (all dressed for the occasion “ and gents were charming. No dull moments here. Always something for you to engage in. Loves the game put on for guests. Steve? or is it Gin?behind the bar he’s a good egg too. We had some great conversations and some fun ‘fun’ with some lovely people. Didn’t want the evening to end. 	We have been fortunate enough to visit this club a few times now. We have been on the Cuck evenings which we enjoyed.Going to try again on the 26th of this month which hopefully will be a bit of an everything evening. The club is well laid out and caters for all activities. Friendly and welcoming staff make this the go to club for us. Date: 11 February 2022

	We have been to this club a few times now and have always had a great night. It starts of with the warm welcome we always get at the door & then just gets better. The venue itself is beautifully decorated & oozes sexiness. The dungeon is one of our favourites around. We love their approach to safety and single guys. It genuinely is one of the few places we don’t necessarily seek out couples nights, because the guys are always respectful. We always feel safe & relaxed there. We have been to this club a few times now and have always had a great night. It starts of with the warm welcome we always get at the door & then just gets better. The venue itself is beautifully decorated & oozes sexiness. The dungeon is one of our favourites around.

We love their approach to safety and single guys. It genuinely is one of the few places we don’t necessarily seek out couples nights, because the guys are always respectful. We always feel safe & relaxed there. If only we lived closer or we’d pop in more often! Keep up the good work!

	The club is Amazing , all the rooms , stuff , atmosphere is great … But not much action is happening there and it should. Not the best place for a single guy ,you may leave disappointed. 	Wow. And again wow! Attending 35 South and have to say Amazing club! Like the TARDIS so well laid out, from amazing bar and dance floor to dungeon complete with dogging truck! Yes you heard right a US monster truck kitted out with chairs and beds IN the dungeon. Peter was great guy and so welcoming. It's a big bday for him soon ;) so expect a great party then. 	So pleased we actually made it to this club for new year, everyone was really friendly and looked super sexy. Club was spotlessly clean as always. Only issue we had was the paid bar did not have enough stock of popular drinks, unless your a gin drinker as there was probably 25 different choices. Having a paid bar was not the issue but if your going to do that at least have a variety of all drinks ie spiced rum, and vodka etc. Date: 1 January 2022
