	Back to work ( boo) after a fun filled camp up at the FOF . As always the people make the party and it was lovely to see so many faces old and new in one place. However this was ably aided and abetted by the VA crew and party planners ! My highlights Early access and a chilled first evening by the river . ( apart from having to recover a phone that had fallen in the river ! ) Lee … your outfits and smiles made you the face of the festival this year . You and your boys are infectious in a good way ! Party nights … loved the DJs vibing off each other and having fun. Loved the chats in the smoke box .. loved the sexy outfits and happy faces . 	I am just coming back to reality after spending the most amazing weekend at the Festival of Fun at this gorgeous luxurious club. Absolutely amazing to camp in their gorgeous riverside gardens, and party all night. They had fabulous DJs, a brilliant band and everything was so very well organised. They definitely pulled it out the bag and I'm looking forward to the next festival at the end of the month. The staff all worked so very hard to make it such a memorable weekend and and it was brilliant, a big shout out to them all, thank you so much Julesamd Chris and your hard-working, amazing team. 	It was our first time at VA and what a way to christen it at the Festival of Fun!! Amazing setting and very vibrant!! The festival goers were fantastic and friendly, fun times were guaranteed!! 	This was 'Festival of Fun' and we had fun in abundance. The owners and staff work so hard and are all lovely. They are open to suggestions and feedback and make everything so relaxed. 	Oh my goodness where to start. Just home from the fabulous Festival of Fun weekend and wow what a weekend. Just such a fantastic atmosphere and so much going on. The workshops, the DJ (thank you) for helping me on the dance floor lol.. the band and the absolutely amazing staff you are all fabulous, everything was just awesome. I’m so lucky to have this club on my doorstep, its classy, friendly, and above all a very safe environment for a single woman. This is my fourth FoF and it just gets better and better each year. 	I have attended fof and multiple other events, this place is one of the best run clubs in the uk i have ever experienced, the staff will do everything to make sure your visit is amazing. It is clean, well maintained, the pools are always clean and you can tell the staff and owners are doing it with passionate hearts. Thank you for such an amazing club. Date: 8 August 2022

	Our 2nd f o f and certainly not the last fantastic venue long way from us 4 hours but we'll worth it .the most friendly staff u could find beautiful camping field right next to a river .Great atmosphere with an amazing d j who kept us dancing till the early hours .we went with 12 friends all if which have put next year in there diary already .made the most of the amazing outdoor hot tub area again banging with there great d j .any small issues quickly sorted by the owners who can't do enough to please only wish it was closer so we could enjoy the place more Date: 8 August 2022

	Our second Festival of Fun and yet again an absolutely brilliant weekend. We met so many lovely people, old friends and new, tried some new stuff at the interesting day time workshops (wax play, shibari, fire play, BDSM etc) and danced to some great tunes. We love the atmosphere at this event and having 2 or 3 days to get to know people. Striking up conversations in passing as you walk through the camping field etc. It’s just a brilliant way to make friends in the lifestyle. There were not as many attendees as last year, but still enough to make for a great weekend. The main camping field was set up well with a cordoned off path for emergency vehicles, lots of bins & extra loos. I know some of the reviews below have suggested that attendance may have been down due to the price increase, but it might be for other reasons too e.g. last year post COVID everyone was desperate to get out and party, and also more people have gone abroad this year - or a whole raft of other reasons. I work in events and the price of everything is going up at the moment and businesses can’t keep absorbing these costs - the club spent days setting everything up and they do need to make some profit on top of covering the costs for marquees, loos, barriers, electric, water, staffing for set up, the event itself and the breakdown afterwards, cleaning products, drinks, the band etc so we can’t expect to pay the same this year as last year sadly. The foam party was a much better set up this year with a marquee to contain the foam, we just needed more bodies to pile in lol. I think a chalkboard of “what’s happening when” across the weekend by the gateway from the camping area as you go into the venue might help because we all kept forgetting lol, and ideally also emailed to attendees a few days in advance. Would love it if we could have a live band on both Friday and Saturday next year if possible as this really does get everyone together and dancing in the marquee before piling into the club. We were gutted to miss the bands first set this year but they started early and loads of us were still getting ready. Overall we had another fantastic weekend at a great venue, with great people and we will definitely be back! With such a large jump in costs we expected better showers, more organisation of pitches and improved safety especially with such hot, dry conditions. Issues around pitch spaces from the start with many people having to move tents & vans multiple times. The Program of entertainment was haphazard and despite conflicting instructions, the weekend was saved by the friendliness of most staff and the fabulous people attending. 	Lee…never stopped. Hats off to you, Brian and the lovely lads on the gates for all the work you put in & sure many others did too. We have to be honest, this is our last FOF because we compare what’s been on in the past, it’s so expensive now for camping and one live band. Tons of room as attendance was well down on previous years yet ‘valued customers’ were squashed up & tiptoeing over crammed in tents to get to the toilets and main entrance. Timings were off, we looked forward to music we could dance to (because like at least 50% we are in a demographic of enjoying a mix of current music & that over the decades not constant house). Live band started 30 mins early & lots were still getting ready. Jacuzzi outside was unfiltered & minging all weekend. It was brilliant to have extra toilets and the outdoor shower was great. Foam party wasn’t a party, no promotion or switch up in music. The club is now tired, to see during the day when you’re sober; it’s scruffy & has dangerous dangling electrics. Shame it’s not kept up with other clubs as it used to be classy. We had a brilliant weekend with our friends but you got no bang for your buck in terms of the festival this year sadly. 	We have been to the VA on many occasions and stayed there as well. We always have a great time and can safely say the staff is brilliant. It's definitely at the top of our list fior nights out. 	My second visit but my first in a long time, it’s changed quite a lot and for the better. It’s smaller than other clubs but perfectly formed. The lack of private rooms is refreshing and gives every encounter an orgy feel, the social areas are well appointed and the new outside area is huge! Will definitely be returning Date: 31 July 2022
