In my experience, it's rare that people actually read these things......I guess that if I take the time someone may indulge me ??

Everyday me:

Quite nerdy....Massive Foodie....Love to read, write, bake & cook ? ?? ??

Reading - predominantly into medieval / fantasy fiction, stuff like LOTR, ASOIAF, The Last Kingdom, The Wheel of Time and to break up from the world of fantasy literature, I do like to dive into some Political Thrillers.

Writing - it's a mood based art form for me. There are times I simply write in order to express myself at times when I struggle to voice those feelings. When the struggle isn't there I'm knee deep in world building, creating a story I've been working on for a couple of years, no real goal for it other than to complete it and cross my goal of writing a book off the bucket list

Baking - Something that I've turned to since COVID, a real passion that has evolved over time and something I continue to work on every week and share with my family & community. Currently working on turning this passion into a business.

Cooking - Well that's my love language. Love to cook and share my food. Italian and Mexican are my go to, and not your everyday kind of meals, but I love to really nerd out and study the different regional dishes and really expand beyond the usuals. Always looking for guinea pigs to try my food on ??

Outside of my passions, I do also enjoy my coffee which has to be smokey, black and topped up. My permanent choice of cologne is Yves Saint Laurent "La Nuit de l'Homme", it's been a decade long obsession, with Hugo Boss "BOSS" as my alternative for 2026. I like to have a second cologne that I change up every year depending on my mood.

History has always been my passion.

I could spend hours getting lost in the past, how the world got to where it is now, who we had to become and abandon in order to be here right now, it is absolutely fascinating. The more I learn, the more I want to know.

?? Currently refinding my love for the outdoors again, became quite comfortable in my bubble for awhile but rediscovering the beauty of the country of Ireland through hiking and running again. It honestly creates a level of peace that is hard to achieve in any other way.
