I actually knew Gillans before Swingathon, having originally met him in a completely vanilla setting, so getting to know a rather different side of him has been an unexpected bonus. He is, without exaggeration, one of the best humans you could ever hope to meet. Incredibly kind, thoughtful and genuinely caring, with the sort of heart that makes you feel very lucky to have him in your life. He’s also absolutely hilarious, with a wonderfully dark sense of humour and a perfectly timed ability to say something completely inappropriate when you least expect it. And then there’s the side you might not see coming… Gillans is a proper dark horse. Quietly very sexy, cheekier than he initially lets on, and apparently hiding quite a few surprises beneath that lovely, innocent exterior. Who knew? Funny, kind, sexy and just an all-round brilliant human. I already knew I adored him before Swingathon, but discovering there’s even more to Gillans than meets the eye has made knowing him even more fun!

I've known this gorgeous man for a while through vanilla events and we were part of the same group that went to Swingathon 26. I honestly can't praise him highly enough. He is a genuine friend who has so much love and support to give to those around him. The respect he has for everyone is 2nd to none and his positive attitude can raise any mood.
