I'm quite a fit person in the sense that I run approx 20 miles a week and bike 100k a week to keep myself in shape.

Hate the thought of having a fat gut, and the older I get the harder I have to work at it.

All I ask is that you have some pride in your appearance and body, don't need to be a fitness freak,not that i am either, i just like to be healthy.
