The year kicked off as hectic as 2011 ended. Regular meetings with good friends and more time visiting the clubs.

These days I use the site mainly to see which events are coming up and to keep in contact with friends on the site. I'll message to a profile that catches my attention, but no longer spend too much time chasing down a reply. The real world of clubs and parties has been much more rewarding.

What keeps me coming back here for more is the uncertainty. Making an approach that may be ignored or turned down isn’t fun, but the occasions when someone says ’yes, let’s talk some more’, makes it worthwhile. Making new friends and building relationships are some of the rewards. But the one off meet, from here or in a club also gives a thrill that lasts.

I don’t use the chat here, but occasionally contribute to the forums. Whilst some may find it daunting to strike up a conversation, I have always enjoyed my visits and intend to do so more frequently. My experience of meeting couples and single ladies is about 50/50 and if pressed, I’d say that meeting with couples has been my preference, probably because I enjoy group scenarios.
