About me is always the hardest bit — because I'm more interested in the person in front of me than trying to sound impressive.

I'm a private personal trainer and studio owner based in West London, Level 3 qualified and CIMSPA accredited, with nearly 30 years of experience in body transformation, strength training and performance. I've recently expanded into [hidden] weight management support — I hold a certified qualification in [hidden] Essentials — so I work with people on peptide-assisted fat loss, body confidence and sustainable lifestyle change. Fitness is a huge part of my life — but so is real human connection.

I'm naturally drawn to curvy women who are confident, open-minded, feminine, playful and completely comfortable in their own skin. I'm not here to judge anyone's body, lifestyle or past — I'm here for good conversation, attraction, respect and a proper vibe.

I'm not looking to meet as many people as possible. That's not me. I prefer a bit of build-up, banter, curiosity and chemistry before anything goes further. The mind has to connect before the body does.
