As someone still finding my feet within the scene, I genuinely appreciated how approachable and inclusive they were. I simply approached their table, started chatting with them and the people around them, and what followed was a wonderful evening filled with great conversations and genuine connections. They clearly invest a great deal of time and energy into the community, whether through organising events, attending them, or simply helping people feel comfortable and included. What impressed me most was their genuine care for the quality of the events they create, the experiences people have, and the overall wellbeing of the community around them. To me, that demonstrates true leadership. Their hospitality, positivity, and commitment to bringing people together are a real credit to the scene. It was an honour to meet you both, and I sincerely hope our paths cross again soon.

The evening itself is only a fraction of the effort required to host such an event, and it was clear how much hard work went on behind the scenes. What a fabulous social occasion it turned out to be. Out of the four formal events organised so far, we’ve only missed one, and in all honesty, last night’s was the best to date. Hosted a hot tub party and was blown away with the welcome both give me. A variety of other people attended and was fantastic atmosphere. Drinks and refreshments were provided. Definitely attend again.
