As the profile hasn't been updated for many years (about 8 tbh), thought I would take a bit of time to bring it up to date.

We entered the world of swinging about 10 years ago when curiosity got the better of us, having been together at that point for 35 years,and married for 29 of them. Over a number of years we had a number of experiences (both social and sexual) that we thoroughly enjoyed. Then, just one bad meet brought everything to a close. Sad but the reality is it was a disaster for continuing the appetite. However, we are still here, which suggests we are still interested, even after a number of years without meets.

We are both straight and did like to socialise in order to get to know people. In this respect, we have found a few drinks in a pub, or a meal in a restaurant, are both good ways to chat and, hopefully, get along with any prospective swing partners. If everyone is then happy to take things forward (and only if EVERYONE is happy), we could then move forward. This could be at ours, yours, or even a night away. I think it's more likely to occur at a second arranged meet somewhere.

If we have all decided to take the plunge then we have, in the past, enjoyed full swap. Initially, we did start off as separate room swappers but warmed to the idea of same room activity over a period of time. At this point though, we would also consider the idea of soft swapping as that kind of scenario can also lead to a very naughty, erotic and enjoyable encounter.

Generally speaking, we enjoyed meeting people of our own age or slightly younger (but not to young lol). Following our bad experience, we would only now meet with married couples like ourselves but may also entertain the idea of meeting with a single (or married) man.

We would also not like the idea of meeting people who are too close to home. At least 10 miles away please for obvious reasons lol.

In terms of likes, we both like to look and smell nice for any meeting and we enjoy being with others who are the same.

We are realistic though, and understand that sometimes you get together for a social meeting and for whatever reason it doesn't progress. We do not see this as timewasting in any shape of form.
