On our previous account, ChessingtonCPL we tried to photo-verify and it was never processed so we lost all site functionality. Here we are trying again. We tried earlier today and that account defaulted to 'You need to Photo-verify' so we'll be closing that account. This account appears to work and not default to demanding photo-verification. I think it's because we used a different browser. We're not going to photo-verify this account because of our previous experience. We'd rather have some contact and interaction than none. We know some people prefer to contact only verified accounts but hope you'll take into account what we've said.
