I'm getting on the Mannanan this morning in Liverpool, unfortunately the wife is staying at home and I'll be with my brother. Marshaling for first time aswell. Really looking forward to it despite the weather forecast. |

What’s everyone best viewing spots that has good facility’s?
Apart from the grandstand/bray hill, I’m bringing my mum (61) over and father in law (67) so sitting on the bank with no where for a coffee and toilet is out the window, this year is for comfort, any suggestions would be great, we’re happy to pay for any of the places so that’s not an issue. |

Head up to Creg ny Baa. Access when roads are closed via Onchan as well. Good facilities and amazing place to watch. Pay or free places to watch |

Our friend who we stay with tells us the last 2 days have been a was out, flooding and all. We see the facebook page to help soggy bikers is active again for those who need things drying out. The Manx people really are good eggs |

"How’s the island looking? I’m excited to arrive tomorrow!
Weather is a mixed bag, very windy. It's busy and a great vibe "
Exciting! I’m heading to the grandstand area tomorrow as our ferry is delayed a little so will
Make the most of being close to it when I arrive, then heading to peel for the evening to party |

I was in Ramsey last night waiting forever for food, because it was really busy. I could see the wind getting worse and worse outside, but it didn't actually seem that bad on the bike on the ride back to Port Grenaugh around 2100hrs |

Each year for the two weeks I listen to the Manx Radio TT all day at home and at work. I keep saying that I need to get over there either for practise or race week. Are there certain dates that you need to have things booked up from or by? Or could I get the ferry tickets and camp sites booked now for 2026? |

Ferry sailings were released 3 weeks ago, think it was 19th May so it's a matter of keep checking and book. You can adjust dates as the year goes by at no extra charge. Campsites also need booking asap for next year, lots are already booked for TT 2026 |

Accommodation will be the biggest challenge.. flights are readily available at short notice etc as f & b say, campsites will be booking up, same as hotels as people who go year on year will be booking next year's as they're checking out of this year's if that makes sense.
They do a great home stay option for letting houses, but this can get really pricey. |

Right so it's a case of needing to start booking up now. I did a bit of reading say that travel is the first thing to book before anything else.
With regards to camp sites, are they all pretty much the same across the island, or is it a case of avoiding some or others are better? |

Yes get the ferry booked now. As for camping it all depends where on the island you want to be. Douglas and Ramsey are the hotspots for night life some campsites have entertainment but if it's quiet you want go for more remote sites. There's something for everyone |
