"Nothing to do on mine this winter, I have not longer put it back on the rode after rebuilding the gearbox, servicing the brakes and having the fork serviced. just waiting for the weather then"
Pretty much OP, I used to use my bike every weekday regardless of the weather but now I M more of a fair-weather rider; that said, I hope to be doing some motorcycle touring this year so I'll take the weather as I find it. |

I currently have 7 bikes so they all need some love from time to time
Bandit12 was getting turbo'd but that's going to have to wait. And Honda Magna is ready to sell on as now surplus, shame but must go in the spring. |

Need to service my K6 750, just done a bunch of stuff on my 1000 & continuing with my ongoing GSXR special that I’m building - no heated garage but put a few extra layers on - shame as I prefer taking clothes off, not putting more on. |

"Hi , me too, and decided to change the rear ones too , having trouble bleeding the front ones down, it's on a Fireblade SP1, any ideas? B x"
You could try back bleeding. Also cable tie your brake lever back hard to the throttle grip and leave a couple of days for any aur to dissipate through master. I have to do this every now and then on my Brembo braked Sherco. |

You need a rebuild kit then. |

Its an intermittent fault and happens on a lot of enduro bikes when used for there intended purpose (normally ending upside down at the bottom of a near vertical climb )
The sherco/Ktm Brembo system is susceptible to air through dust and grit around the piston. Brake performs as it should and with good feedback ( better than the gasser Braketech system) and yes could do with a refresh but I can afford to just cable-tie the lever back over night every 6 months or so when it happens.
Easy fix. I am currently looking for a second had Brembo system to swap out the Braketech on my GasGas 300. |

End of October last year decided to give the Triumph a winter project re-spray in my own garage, replacing decals with modern versions, using spray cans. Well by end of November it was done so replaced old school number plate holder/ mudguard with a much better after market number plate assembly and I am rather pleased with my amateur efforts. Roll on Spring/Summer |

Most tinkering (aesthetics mainly) has now been done on my 690 Duke (2017). Just the front sprocket to drop down a tooth for more wheelies.
New leathers arrived too.
Just need to find a pillion seat cover to finish it off now. |
