I hope all the fellow riders have enjoyed 2026 and the great weather we have had (location dependant)
What's been your best ride this year (so far)
What's your plans for 2027 ?

Rode around Devon/Cornwall visiting nudist beaches for a week which was great, some lovely beaches down there, but best days riding was a day trip to north coates beach. Great riding to, from and on the beach. |

This year has been brilliant. I got a new bike (750 Hornet)
Took part in the Bike and Brew passport event, which lead me to places I’d never been, and some great days out.
Best ride of the year, was definitely riding around on the Isle of Man, when I went over for a long weekend.
As for next year I’ve nothing planned as yet, but I do intend to do the Bike & Brew again, and maybe try to get more that are further away this time. But the main aim will be to get past at least 30 stamps. I managed 24 this year! |

"Unfortunately didn't ride once this year due to illness so one of the best summers in year did not turn a wheel. So looking forward to just riding anywhere next year "
Aww no, hope you’re getting over whatever the illness was.
And fingers crossed for a better 2027 riding and everything else too |

I did a great trip round Normandy, which despite 30 years on bikes was the first road trip I've done,
Hopefully next year will be a good year too so I can do some more.
Planning on heading to Switzerland |

Family priorities meant we missed most of the amazing weather this year but at least managed a few nice ride outs through East Lothian
2027 goal (mrs) is to get my full licence so we can start going further away 🤞 |

Thank you for the recommendation! I left it so late this summer that the school I contacted only had availability in November. There was no way I'd be doing the training in Scotland at that time of year 😂 |

Need to get out more next year, mainly used the bike for work this year, and didn't get out in the Vulcan once. It's due mot now so will get that done before winter lay up then out on it more next year, need to find people to ride out with and maybe find a place for some fun while we are out |

A great year and 27 is looking better.
Highlights from this year for me. Lots of evening rides, some fantastic bike nights around the east midlands. Customised another harley ( this ones a keeper ) and raked up the miles on my HD Ultra Limited didnt get out much on my B12 though.
Im also in the planning stages with the authorities for a Bikes and Bands town takeover for next summer. |

2027 for us is going to be totally different as we won't be working anymore as of now. Early retirement means we can get out on the bikes more in 2027. 2026 we didn't get the bikes out much as it was our first summer with our newly built campervan. Thinking of selling the 2017 Triumph Bobber as it's hasn't been used for the past 2 years, will I regret selling yet another bike as we always have over the years or should I just hold onto it. The Triumph Tiger will suffice next year to be honest but I'm 50/50 on selling the Bobber. Here's hoping 2027 summer will be kind to us all |

if space and cash not an issue then hold on to it ...itll be a big regret if you let it go |

Have the space, don't need the money but would be nice to add cash to the retirement fund. Every bike that has been sold over the years is a regret, all part of the biking lifestyle 'wish I never sold that' 'look at how much that bike is worth, I sold one of them years ago' |

Enjoyed getting the new classic scrambler ready, lots of development was going on early in the season and it was going well until I crashed and broke some ribs and tore a muscle in my shoulder, effectively finished my season with the doubt putting pay to a few rounds, could of gone well finished worse placed than the previous year when I was on an old nail lol |
