I'm looking at buying land in Lincolnshire with the view to having it as a campsite for swingers. I have spoken to planning etc and are advances stages with this.
I just want peoples opinions before I go for it, to make sure there is a demand.
there will be nothing near the site but a 5 min short drive there is nice village with pub.
on the site there will showers etc and will add log cabins to use as a shop and in summer months have outdoor parties only once per month, this is all I can get licence for so far x |

There's a lot of potential for a site where people can be naked to enjoy the sunshine and be able to have sex without being told off.
The difficulty being, will it become a mass of single men surrounding one or two couples.
I'm not sure how you'd engineer the relaxed sex permitted attitude and stop the full on sex club apart from party nights. Unless that's what you're aiming for.
I hope I've explained that clearly. We'd love a naturist site where we could have sex and casual experiences with other people without having to feel furtive but we wouldn't want to go to swingfields ( no disrespect intended for those who do like that). |

We’d be very interested. You would of course need to be mindful of the ‘scum rags’ pretending to be naturist or swinger just to get another scandal story, particularly as you progress. They may even try to stop you buying. |

Some interesting comments so far, bearing in mind current conditions are we all going to stay at home more instead of going abroad or not going anywhere at all? Difficult time to be making big business decisions in my opinion but best of luck if you go ahead!   |

I though about doing the same after all the camping all over europe that ive done i wouldn't open one in the uk far too much to go wrong there are a few naturist camp sites already if i was to open one it would be in a nice area of france or spain a lot more liberal with laws and you have the better weather and different culture you can even do bike hire outdoor activities and more bang for you bucks.....just had to say that ...just have to see what this virus does |

If you you go ahead with this we would be very interested in holding one of our events at your site once a year.
but must have toilets shower water facilities. Electric isn't important to us as we generally higher a generator for our venues.
But it might be a plus for other campers.

I think theres always demand , its how to sustain yourself out of season, and staging events which will provide , you with enough to sustain your business, some time in tue future, best of luck keep us all abreast ! X |

If this is a genuine post and proposal, how would a campsite be allowed by a local council/planning to have an open air swingers campsite? Naturists/naturalist, maybe, but they wouldn't accept a swingers application where people where indulging in sex here, there and everywhere.
Sounds a bit fanciful.
