Was just looking at this, not camper van fans and never camped just something we’ve chatted about during the 1st lockdown that we’d like to try and this could suit us and with a possible bonus on top xx

No probs. Well it's our first time but from what I've heard showers are there but limited, should be a good supply of toilets though |

I was wondering this too. Having looked on the website I noticed you payed more for a non VW motorhome. It’s not much so the cost isn’t a issue.
It made me wonder though if it was more of a deterrent as they only really want VW’s there. Is this the case? |

I went in 2019, the venue is good with plenty of toilets. Showers are limited but seemed never to have super long queues so also good.
I found the event itself disappointing, I was alone and it is a VERY family focused event so not really many people to talk to.
If I'd have been there with someone it would probably have been a fun weekend but I got very bored and left early on the 2nd day. |

I would, doubt it will sell out this year as plenty of people will be slower to want to get back to normal.
Just want to clarify my comments about camperjam, it is extremely popular & it was good on the entertainment front.
My experience was based on the expectation that it would be more about the vehicles than it actually is, yes there are some trade stands & some show n shine stuff but it feels more like a family party than a car show.
I don't think I met another single person there at all hence why I didn't enjoy it, I'm a social animal and need the interaction to enjoy events like that.
If going as a couple or with friends then I'm sure you'll have a blast.
