Its just a normal campsite that also happens to be clothes optional. Its not sexual in the open, behave as you would at any normal family friendly textile campsite. After all although not often frequented by families with kids it is sometimes is. Openly sexual activity or advances can get you thrown off site. However a lot swingers love the place and there normally a few off fab down when we're visited. But what you do discretely behind closed caravan or tent doors with others is your business (just as it would be in at any textile site). |

Totally understandable (know what it's like as a single guy). I my experience a fair few single guys go. So you would not be out of place solo. And everyone tends to be freindly and social. Around the pool in the daytime and in the club house of an evening are often good places to socialise. Around the pool table on an evening is a good place to break the ice. But as to how good I think depends on your expectations, who's there when you go and how good you are in social situations. And remember if you intentions towards anyone is more than platonic step with caution because many people there aren't swingers. And of course there maybe be others there with no intention of making new friends or expanding on the group they're with. But on the whole it is a freindly social place. I just wouldn't go with any expectations of Swinging there per se. Just go to get naked, relax and enjoy. |

As members of fab be careful.
Tony the owner has a bit of a thing about his site being naturist not a swingers site.
Even discrete tent or caravan hopping can attract his ire.....
Also, beware of the duck poo splattered everywhere, all too easy to tread into your caravan or tent.

I don’t think anyone has said anything about swinging there. We like to go to relax and i think people respect it’s a family site so I can imagine he’s against public swinging. What we’ve seen of Tony is that he’s a very nice guy. |

Just a couple of observations.
1 Naturists go to Naturists sites/clubs - Swingers Go to Swingers sites/clubs. Both naturists and swingers can do both behind closed doors (I doubt any one can stop that unless you are making noise after 10:30 pm as per the rules of the site)
2 If there is any duck crap don't expect the owner to clear it away. I like walking in the countryside but don't expect the farmer to move horse cow and sheep s%*t from public footpaths through his fields.
One further observation.
You need to both chill out and not expect to get sex from strangers everytime you want. Life isn't like that |

I will book the August Bank holiday weekend for 4 nights and I didn't go last year cos I was a way in Malaga , It's be my 7 times going to Lakeside Farm costing me fuel prices of £180 return to Basildon Essex |

7th to 11th September for us, hoping for some nice weather!
Has anyone cancelled or changed their booking due to weather, does the site allow you to move dates easily? Don’t fancy getting our kit off in the peeing rain |

Hi, not changed booking before due to weather.
Did book and pay a deposit last year but couldn't make it due to another reason.
Honoured deposit and booked a later date.
Maybe give them a call, or check website on terms and conditions.

Hopefully won’t need or want to postpone, just hope to be there when it’s nice enough to be naked. We visited as day visitors for a day last year and have been looking forward to staying there in our van. |

Hi. Have read some discreet fun can happen. But realistically you run the risk of being asked to leave as it’s a naturist site not swinger. Two very different things.
There can and likely will be families there, time and a place for swinging we think, but that’s just us. We’d happily socialise and maybe flirt discreetly there, but most likely arrange a future meet for any real play x |

I have book Lakeside Farm 25th August for 5 nights and it Bank holiday weekend and cannot wait and it my first time this year and I normally go 4 times a year before I arrive on the 25th , I be in Skegness a week around Gibralar point for day time and may stay overnight or in to Skegness side road , Try to find free parking for overnight in my Motorhome on Park4night and Caravans and Motorhome App at the moment , So see you around my friend |

It's in Spilsby.
Great place, great people, fantastic amenities.
Just remember it's a naturist site, not a swingers site.
Plenty of people on fab use it but be discreet and most of all enjoy it for what it is. |

Taking girlfriend in August, it will be a surprise for her as I haven't told her where I've booked, just that we're going camping, can't wait to see her face, it's not as bad as it sounds though, as we're booked into Studland Summer Camp the following weekend. |
