Really good campsite in coniston called coniston old hall. Right on the lake, 10 mins walk from the village with some great pubs. Also loads of good hikes! Any more info drop me a message as I'm not far and go alot |

The lakes is a big place and depends what you want really, the roads are quieter this time of year so you could try the sites further in the lakes.
Park foot on ullswater is a good site and a good base , keswick has a couple of good ones . |

"We’re in a cabin at a Park Dean resort near Ambleside on the 28th February for three nights. Feel free to say hi if you’re in the area x"
I’m going to park dean white cross next week - looking forward to a bit of a rest. Anyone else going? Anyone been ? How was it ? Any chance of a bit of discreet fun there ?

@AlandAnn. I'm heading down that way in September with the boat, to Ullswater. I'll be staying at Park Foot campsite just outside Pooley Bridge.Looks like a nice site. Happy to meet up again if dates coincide. |
