it's quite a relaxed weekend..so guests to arrive in Blue or white or blue n white the Friday funniest bravest guests will be rewarded ..
Sat night fancy dress is WIG IT OUT ..any wig or wig and fancy dress out fit lets laugh like never before..
Then we have great music planned in a party gazebo both nights ..plus an amazing firepit to warm our cockles whilst we flirt into the early hours under the stars ..any wood donations will be very welcome..we are organising a bbq for the Sat late afternoon with chef Mrhappy06 you are welcome to add your meats etc or cook on it.
Friday we have an ice breaker game and more fun games the Sat too.

We are sat here and at least 15 young lads have just walked in to what was sold to us as an exclusive event apparently invited by the hosts. They are walking down saying I’m going to shag as many women as I want. It’s an absolute disgrace and a safety risk to women. |

Back from a lovely weekend. It’s our first time booking on with _ude camping and what a fab time we had. It was really well organised and met some lovely people. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome. Can’t wait for September xx |

not quite as bad as it reads a group of young guys and fems around 6 to 8 from the adjacent field decided quite late to come say hello giving it the big I AM!!
They then left as quick.
The following day they were told to stay away and they respected this. Apologies to our guests!!
ALWAYS!! feel free to sound any complaints with us first rather than throwing it on here late at night when drink fuelled.

No complaints here. As stated it was only 6/7 of them and they said hello and had a chat for a couple of minutes then left, they didn’t cause any trouble at all. |

We was also there and observed 15 or more vanilla young men (and 1 female) in two separate groups of 7 then 8 walking down to the main tent who said blu had invited them to join the swingers, stating they wanted a shag.
It was distasteful and very disrespectful.
Everyone went for a nice weekend with like-minded adults. Unfortunately, it was not what it was advertised and lots of other people also found it very uncomfortable.
I was drinking lemonade and able to count. The fact of the matter is not even 1 unverified male should not have been invited as it caused distress seeing large groups of males entering the event smoking cannabis stating they are going to "shag loads of women". |

"We are sat here and at least 15 young lads have just walked in to what was sold to us as an exclusive event apparently invited by the hosts. They are walking down saying I’m going to shag as many women as I want. It’s an absolute disgrace and a safety risk to women. not quite as bad as it reads a group of young guys and fems around 6 to 8 from the adjacent field decided quite late to come say hello giving it the big I AM!!
They then left as quick.
The following day they were told to stay away and they respected this. Apologies to our guests!!

Thank you for the feedback and I’m sure like several other guests who too were upset, appreciate your apology. It would have been great if you could have left it there and learned from it. However, you have put me in a position where I have to defend what I did, as it wasn’t malicious it wasn’t to cause trouble it was genuine concern.
So for clarity, I was not d*unk in the slightest on Friday. I don’t do d*unk, maybe my age but I hate the hangovers. Therefore I threw nothing on here when d*unk fulled, as you wrongly posted. You didn’t see me you had no idea what I’d had to drink so that comment was unfair.
I can count, as can the other 5 people sat at the table with me. We were horrified that so many young men and one female who were not paying or vetted guests were walking in to what was sold as a private event.
We did try to stop them by telling them it was a private event but they said you had invited them earlier on. They said your name, not just that they had been invited.
We were unable to tell you at the time because as you said the next day, you were already in bed when they arrived - so you weren’t able to either witness how many turned up, what was going on or available to complain to.
We did however get to speak to the other organiser who did apologise on your behalf, as she also said you had invited them all. She said she completely understood why we were so upset and it was inexcusable.
The conversation was cut short as the lady with her was out of it. I even said, this is my point you are putting women especially d*unk women like your friend at risk. The poor d*unk woman then rocked back on a chair taking our gazebo with her and breaking the leg. You tell me someone in that state could protect themself!
This was my point. Inviting so many young lads that were not vetted was putting other guests at risk. It was intimidating for us and completely irresponsible of you. Can’t you see that? (PS: You can find the evidence of the destroyed gazebo in the skip next to the entrance of the campsite if you don’t believe that either.) Honestly you couldn’t write it!
You did tell me the next day that you were going to speak to the lads. Had what you said in your post been the truth, is exactly what you should have done. However, as I said to you, you can’t blame them, YOU invited them, of course they were going to turn up. They were d*unk, they thought they were going to get a shag, and BINGO they descended. This is not rocket science.
You did see me the next day - not to apologise but to tell me I shouldn’t have written the post and to ‘do something about it’.
On a positive note it was a lovely location the toilets and showers were clean and we met some fantastic people.
If you sort out security, ensure all organisers follow a basic duty of care for guests and don’t try to belittle or disparage guests and their genuine safety and privacy concerns. I am confident it could be a great event going forward.

This has all been blown out of proportion, one particular guy was invited as he was known personally to us, the fact that he got d*unk and told others is out of our control, the apology was given as in hindsight inciting him was obviously a stupid idea. If the gate had been kept locked maybe this wouldn’t have happened.
They seemingly came over extremely late ( with girls) when the night was over and were soon kicked out.
Apologies to those it upset, a lesson has been learnt and it shan’t happen again. Final note . Discussing matters personally is always advisable as you would have been offered the opportunity to leave with a full refund. However you chose to stay leading us to believe you were ok. |

The fun was down to you that took part in the fancy dress and the games making the weekend even more fun for the contenders and the spectators too.
The BBQ was amazing thank you to the male half of Quarterpounder and relish, A ..you did amazing.
Next Camping event is the 5th Sept down in Settle North Yorkshire a solitary camping event, only us fabbers are in the area and we have expanded to 2 fields...join us and we hope to see you there x
